We believe that this approach is beneficial to all parties as our incentive is to proactively keep your systems running smoothly reducing the requirements for on-site visits.

By employing the use of the most advanced remote access technologies your VITM will be able to solve more than 95% of reported problems remotely while at the same time ensuring that they are available to be deployed to site quickly if required.

However, where necessary your VITM will act on your behalf when dealing with third party suppliers. For example you may wish to upgrade to a faster internet connection, no longer will you need to worry about understanding the salesman's technical jargon as your VITM will negotiate directly with your internet services provider to get you the best possible deal.
