Our clients typically have between 5 and 100 staff, or are a division of that size of a larger organisation. We work with a wide variety of clients providing a diverse range of IT solutions from complete network installations to managed services, and disaster recovery to website design. For most we are their totally outsourced IT department, for others we are an extension to their existing IT team.

Being a small business ourselves we understand the challenges that our clients face, the long-term partnerships that we form with our clients are built on trust. Unlike larger companies, your support requests will not be passed between various departments with no one taking ownership of the problem. Every client is assigned an account manager who will become part of your team, other than in exceptional circumstances it will be your account manger who will take your calls, visit your offices and manage the resolution of any support calls.
